Careers at Asiana Travel Mate:
Asiana Travel Mate recruits staff on full time contracts. Staff is grouped into 2 main criteria: Office staff and Field staff. Applicants to join Asiana Travel Mate should have experience of working in the field for which candidates are applying or other related relevant experience.
Office staff
Applicants are normally required to have some colleague degree as well as a relevant postgraduate specialization, experience at national and/or international level in tourism industry.
Candidates in the following fields & Experiences:
Tourism Base: Cultural – tourism management; Hotel and Cruise management; Tour operator/travel agency
Non tourism-related: Finance; Accounting; Human resources; Sales & Marketing ; General administration.
Field staff: Customer service manager, boat crew members, tour guides, tour leaders and drivers
note: Tour guide is required a tour guide license.

Salary: a competitive package
Annual Leave: 14 days annual leave, plus 4 – 6 day Company holiday annually;
Sick Leave/Maternity Leave: follow Vietnam labor law
Health and Social Insurance: we provides a health insurance and social insurance according to Vietnamese labor codes to our employees (the staff member pays 8,5% and the Company 20% based on fixed month salary).
Travel allowance: For those who travel for purposes of training or business under company assignment
